The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will hold an informational briefing on the issue of carbon management and sequestration on September 24.

The hearing will feature comments by Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Michael DiBerardinis on his agency’s carbon sequestration management plan.

Sen. Mary Jo White (R-Venango) serves as Majority Chair of the Committee and Sen. Ray Musto (D-Luzerne) serves as Minority Chair.
