|
Sen. Greenleaf (R-Montgomery) introduced Senate Bill 1148 this week, a companion to Rep. Dailey’s House Bill 2619, that would require anyone seeking a water well drillers license from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to pass one of the licensing exams offered The legislation also requires DCNR to make the list of licensed drillers available through the Internet. At least 16 other states use the NGWA examinations for certification of well drillers. For more information on the existing water well driller licensing requirement, click here.
