The Game Commission this week invited the public to participate in a variety of events in September promoting wildlife, hunting and trapping. The events include:

· September 19-20: 2008 Elk Expo in Elk County;

· September 20-21: Pymatuning Ducks Unlimited Waterfowl Expo, Crawford County;

· September 20-21: Middle Creek Wildfowl Show, Lebanon County;

· September 23: National Hunting and Fishing Day, Capitol Rotunda, Harrisburg; and

· September 28: National Hunting and Fishing Day, Middle Creek, Lebanon County;
