The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Office of the State Fire Commissioner is now accepting applications for its Volunteer Fire Company and Volunteer Ambulance Services Grant Program.

Applications are due October 17.

Grants can be used for purchase or repair of firefighting or rescue equipment, construction or renovation of fire or ambulance facilities, the installation of equipment, fixtures and furnishings to improve their capabilities.
