The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources this week announced is again offering a full size 16-month calendar featuring photographs from Pennsylvania's State Parks for 2009.

Beginning with September, the calendar features scenic images of the parks, holidays and significant environmental observances, state park information and activities, and outdoor recreational facts, tips and guidelines. Each month has a state park seasonal scene captured by the Commonwealth's finest photographers.

The calendar only costs $8.49, plus $1.95 for shipping, plus sales tax. Calendars can be ordered by calling toll-free 888-PA-PARKS, or by stopping by at many State Parks
