This November 4, voters will have the opportunity to support a Clean Water Referendum that will provide $400 million to help repair and upgrade Pennsylvania's aging water and sewer systems.

The Vote Yes For Clean Water Coalition is urging voters to support the Referendum to help water system ratepayers meet the costs of complying with state and federal mandates to cleanup Pennsylvania's rivers and streams.
