The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of a final policy changing Pennsylvania's Nonpoint Source Management Program and a draft policy on continuous emission monitoring. DEP also published notice of another change to its permit process for Marcellus Shale gas well development, proposed a general permit for processing and use of gypsum wallboard and notice of an updated list of organizations certified for radon-related activities(PA Bulletin page 5717).

Draft: DEP ID: 273-4000-005. Compliance Assurance Policy for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) on Combustion Units. The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) proposes to revise its Enforcement Policy--CEMS and Coal Sampling/ Analysis Systems, (273-4000-005), which was adopted by the Department in June 1985 and became effective on July 1, 1985.
