Educators' Workshop To Focus On Waggoner's Gap Hawk Watch, Kittatinny Ridge October 29

On October 29, Audubon Pennsylvania, in partnership with the Game Commission and the Department of Education, will host a free workshop entitled, "Migration throught the Kittatinny Ridge."

Area educators are invited to come and explore issues surrounding the Kittatinny (also known as the Blue or North Mountain) Conservation Corridor including physiographic and flyway features, raptor migration, habitat, and land use.

The workshop includes a field trip to Waggoner's Gap from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. north of Carlisle, Pa. Teachers can earn Act 48 credits.
