2007 State of the Water Resources in the Spring Creek Watershed Now Available

The 2007 State of the Water Resources in the Spring Creek Watershed Report is complete and available from the ClearWater Conservancy.

This year’s theme focused on the Chesapeake Bay Tributary Strategy and the Spring Creek Watershed’s contribution to the Chesapeake Bay. The Chesapeake Bay is the largest estuary on the east coast and is also the most polluted.

The Water Resources Monitoring Project of the Spring Creek Watershed Community continues to provide vital data to help better manage our watershed, which will also ultimately help restore the Chesapeake Bay.

A copy of the report is available online.

Copies are also available bycalling Nicole at the ClearWater office at 814-237-0400 to reserve a printed copy to pick up.
