DEP Invites Comments On Proposed TMDL Watershed Plan In Carbon, Luzerne Counties

The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on a proposed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) watershed plan for the following watershed-- Hazle, Quakake and Black Creek Watersheds, Carbon and Luzerne Counties: DEP will hold a public meeting on December 4 at 10:00 at the Pottsville District Office.
