The November issue of Environmental Synopsis newsletter published by the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee highlights the 2009 celebration of finding oil in Pennsylvania. In addition to the Oil 150 Celebration, theSynopsisalso features stories on: brownfield redevelopment, oil and gas drilling on federal lands, the benefits of green building retrofits and water use efficiency.
