Chester County Invites Local Officials To Recycling Showcase December 3
Chester County invites municipal supervisors, township officials and waste/recycling coordinators to attend the Chester County Showcase on December 3 to learn more about operating a successful recycling program.
The Showcase will start at 8:30 a.m. in Room 171 of the Government Services Center, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester, Pa.
The half-dayprogram will feature presentations by the municipal officials who administer the innovative, progressive and successful waste reduction/recycling programs currently operating in Chester County.
Topics to be discussed include: An Enterprise Fund for Sustainability, Comprehensive Recycling and Composting, Construction and Demolition Recycling, Collecting the Unusual and the County Process and Marketing Contract.
