PUC Announces Agenda For Dec. 18 Hearing, Extends Comments On Energy Conservation

The Public Utility Commission this week released the agenda for the December 18 hearing on wholesale electricity markets and extended the comment period onalternative energy resources, energy conservation and efficiency, and demand side response measuresto December 2.
The five PUC Commissioners will conduct the en banc hearing to solicit comments from several groups including the Electric Power Generation Association, COMPETE Coalition, Leggett and Platt Inc., PSEG Energy Resources & Trade, Organization of PJM States Inc., Iberdrola Renewables, and Dr. Roy Shanker, Independent Consultant.
The PUC said it will accept late-filed reply comments through December 2, at the docket number below, in response to testimony presented at the November 19 en banc hearing on alternative energy resources, energy conservation and efficiency, and demand side response.
