The Citizens Advisory Council to the Department of Environmental Protection this week published its Fall 2008 newsletter-- Advisory-- highlight recent Council activities.

Included in this issue are stories on Council's visits to the Northern Tier, funding needs for water infrastructure, state abandoned mine reclamation efforts, coordination between DEP and DCNR and an introduction to new members to Council.
