Technical guidance document 383-3301-305 is being rescinded by the Department as it has been replaced with a more recent guidance document (technical guidance document number 383-3301-306: Laboratory Reporting Instructions for Disinfectant Residuals, Disinfection Byproducts and Precursors), which became effective at 38 Pa.B. 405 (January 19, 2008).
