The Public Utility Commission published its formal notice of policy implementing the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards.

The DEP Coal and Clay Mine Subsidence Insurance Board published proposed changes to its regulations on the issuance of mine subsidence insurance policies.

The Game Commission finalized a special permit for deer hunting by homeowner associations and nonprofit land-holding organizations
