The Environmental Quality Board will meet on January 20 to consider a final regulation implementing the Triennial Review of Water Quality Standards and a measure to recind the final-omitted rulemaking repealing the state's Clean Air Interstate Rule. The Independent Regulatory Review Commission issued comments on proposed changes to Environmental Quality Board regulations.
