The Department of Environmental Protection published notices extending the comment deadline for a revised land use policy (details below), a notice approving alternative liner materials for oil and gas well drilling sites, a draft policy covering transient drinking water systems and a final general air quality permit for feed mills. DEP also published notice of the current inventory of Certified Emission Reduction Credits available on its registry (PA Bulletin page 357). DCNR filed a request for a radioactive material license termination request for Quehanna Wild Area.

The Department of Environmental Protection has extended the deadline for comments on a draft "Policy for Consideration of Local Comprehensive Plans and Zoning Ordinances in DEP Review of Authorization for Facility and Infrastructure" until March 2. Comments can be made regarding this proposal to Denise Brinley, DEP's Office of Community Revitalization and Local Government Support, by ending email to: dbrinley@state.pa.us.
