The Department of Environmental Protection published notice of public meetings on recommendations on geographic area designations for achieving the 2008 8-hour ozone standard (See DEP Invitation) and a proposed revision to the State Implementation Plan for vehicle emission system anti-tampering requirements. The Fish and Boat Commission gave notice of additions to the Class A Wild Trout Waters list.
