New Watershed Forestry Resource Guide Website Unveiled
Representing a one-stop shop for information and resources on managing urban forests for watershed health, a new Watershed Forestry Resource Guide has been put together by the Center for Watershed Protection.

Funding for the website was provided by the USDA Forest Service, Northeastern Area State and Private Forestry and The Home Depot Foundation.

The site—which compiles resources into a format that can be easily accessed and downloaded—is organized by four major categories: Forest Planning and Assessment; Reducing Stormwater Runoff; Forest Friendly Development; and Planting and Maintaining Trees.

There also are “quick links” to the most popular resources.
