Senate: the State Government Committee meets to consider Senate Bill 136 (Erickson-R-Delaware) amending the Regulatory Review Act to require agencies to produce verifiable data to support regulatory proposals, the Senate Bill 490 (MJ.White-R-Venango) appropriating $174 million from the Oil and Gas Fund to DEP and other agencies to support well permitting, theLocal Government Committee meets to consider Senate Bill 168 (Brubaker-R-Lancaster) providing for the regulation of contracts for municipal electric power.

Waste Facility Siting: House Bill 962 (Wanacz-D-Lackawanna) amending Act 101 to prohibit the siting of waste facilities near cemeteries.
Geologists: House Bill 975 (Adolph-R-Delaware) further providing for continuing education requirements for registered geologists.
Oil & Gas Royalities: House Bill 977 (Major-R-Bradford) amending the Oil and Gas Act to define lease, royalty owner and operator.
DCNR Officers: House Bill 981 (Hutchinson-R-Venango) extending benefits for Department of Conservation and Natural Resources officers.
Farmland & Wind Farms: House Bill 984 (Kessler-D-Berks) allowing farmland preserved under the Clean and Green law to split off that portion of the property used for a wind farm.
SEO Access: House Bill 995 (Gillespie-R-York) amending the Sewage Facilities Act related to SEO access to property.
Emissions Inspection: House Bill 1000 (Boyd-R-Lancaster) exempting hybrid vehicles from emission inspection tests.
State Park Fees: House Bill 1027 (Phillips-R-Northumberland) prohibit charging trailer parking fees at State Parks for visitors 80 years old and older.
Local Infrastructure Plan: House Bill 1036 (Houghton-D-Chester) amending the Municipalities Planning Code to expand local infrastructure plans to include stormwater and other facilities.
