The Department of Environmental Protection published a notice xtending the current general permits for the beneficial use of sewage sludge by land applications and a notice proposing revisions o the general permit for stormwater discharges from municipal separate storm sewer systems. The Public Utility Commission published its order stablishing electric interconnection application fees and interconnection standards under the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act.
