Bioenergy Crops: Senate Bill 698 (Waugh-R-York) providing an incentive for the planting of bioenergy crops.

Green State Buildings: Senate Bill 728 (Rafferty-R-Montgomery) requiring the design and building of state and local government buildings to meet green design standards.

Sign Removal: Senate Bill 758 (Browne-R-Lehigh) amending the Municipalities Planning Code to require compensation for the forced removal of a sign.

Electric Rate Caps: Senate Bill 754 (Boscola-D-Lehigh) extending electric rate caps through 2013.

Nutrient Credit Trading: Senate Bill 767 (Vance-R-Cumberland) establishing the Nutrient Credit Trading Program in law and creating a Nutrient Credit Trading Bank.

House

Well Sampling: House Bill 1205 (Pickett-R-Bradford) amending the Oil and Gas Act requiring well operators to survey, sample and analyze the quality and quantity of drinking wells and springs within 2,000 feet of a proposed oil or gas well at least 30 days prior to the start of drilling.

Electric Rate Phase In: House Bill 1212 (Millard-R-Columbia) providing for the phase-in of electric rate increases.

Nutrient Credit Trading: House Bill 1213 (DePasquale-D-York) establishing the Nutrient Credit Trading Program in law and creating a Nutrient Credit Trading Bank.

Highway Corridor Conservation: House Bill 1237 (O'Neill-R-Bucks) establishing the Highway Corridor Conservation Easement Program.
