The Environmental Quality Board meets on April 21 to consider proposed rulemakings on laboratory certification, stream redesignations and rulemaking petitions relating to wastewater treatment sludge filter cake and Sobers Run redesignation. The EQB also published proposed regulations for comment increasing oil and gas permit fees.
