Video Blog - Solar, Wind Project On Palmyra Farm Will Pay For Itself In Less Than 10 Years

Dave Miller, Advanced Solar Industries of Lancaster, Pa, talks about the solar and wind turbine installation his company recently made on the Jim Hess Farm near Palmyra, Pa.

 

Between the decrease in electric used from the grid, sales of solar and wind energy back to the grid and additional steps taken on the farm to save energy, Miller estimates the project will pay for itself in less than 10 years.

 

Miller encourages anyone interested in solar energy to act soon because the Commonwealth has just come out with funding to help with solar installations.
