Here's the latest on Environmental Quality Board regulations, plus changes to Governor's disaster declarations. Governor gave notice extending hurricane disaster emergencies through March 16, 2005 and March 14, 2005. The Department of Environmental Protection gave notice of correction of the text to a 2000 change to 25 Pa Code Chapter 93 dealing with the Delaware Estuary.
