July 7--NEW.  House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee meets to consider Senate Bill 84 (Greenleaf-R-Montgomery) providing for a limitation on cleanup liability for economic development agencies, Senate Bill 297   (Yaw-R-Bradford) requiring annual reporting a oil and gas well production,  House Bill 1798 (Eachus-D-Luzerne)  adding not-for-profit organizations as an eligible applicant for the H20 water infrastructure funding program,  House Bill 1768 (Wansacz-D-Luzerne) amending Act 101 to expand the definition of host municipality.  Room 39 East Wing.  9:15.
