Water Trails Workshop Hosted By PA Environmental Council September 15
On September 15 the Pennsylvania Environmental Council will host a all day workshop on water trails at the Centennial Barn at Fort Hunter Park in Harrisburg.

The focus will be on learning about stewardship and natural resource management of the river trails and panelists from the Northcentral PA Conservancy, DCNR Office of Conservation Science, Fish and Boat Commission, and Susquehanna River Trail Association will be present to offer their insights.

Presentations include: riverine invasive species, Susquehanna River Water Trail stewardship and conservation plan, Sustainable boat access design, and purple loostrife project.

After the morning’s sessions, participants can enjoy a paddle on the Susquehanna River Water Trail.
