August 3-- NEW.  House Rules Committee meets to consider  House Bill 1847 (Harhai-D-Westmoreland) further providing for the siting of coal refuse disposal areas. Room 140.  12:45.

-- NEW.  House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee meets to consider  Senate Bill 901 (Scarnati-R-Jefferson) extending by one year the deadline to comply with biodiesel mandate for small refineries.  Room 39 East Wing.  Off the Floor.

-- House and Senate Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committees hold a hearing marking the one year anniversary of the federal Farm Bill.  Ag Progress Days, Rock Springs.  10:00.
