Host Municipalities: House Bill 1768 (Wansacz-D-Luzerne) amending Act 101 to expand the definition of host municipality was reported from the House Appropriations Committee, was amended on the House Floor, but a motion to reconsider the amendment is pending. The bill remains on the House Calendar for action.
