Save The Date: Black Bear Film Festival, EnviroFest Set For October 18
The annual Black Bear Film Festival and EnviroFest will be held on October 18 at the Grey Towners Historic Site in Milford, Pa.

This is the 10th Annual Black Bear Film Festival whose mission is to support innovative and independent films while recognizing Pike County’s history as the birthplace of the American conservation movement.

The Festival will feature the film FRESH which celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system. FRESH introduces viewers to urban farmer and activist, Will Allen, a 2008 MacArthur's "Genius Award" fellow; sustainable farmer and entrepreneur, Joel Salatin, made famous by Michael Pollan's book, The Omnivore's Dilemma; and supermarket owner, David Ball, who is creating a new market model for our family farmers.
