The Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee this week published the November issue of its online Environmental Synopsis newsletter featuring a discussion of the pending TMDL water pollution control plan in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

Also reviewed in the newsletter is the latest Harris Poll on whether people put their money where their mouths are on actions to protect the environment, a plan to clean up the Great Lakes, water infrastructure needs and EPA's greenhouse gas emission inventory,

Rep. Scott Hutchinson (R-Venango) serves as Chair of the Committee and Sen. Ray Musto (D-Luzerne) serves as Vice Chair.
