Erie To Pittsburgh Trail Website, Facebook Page Launched

The Pennsylvania Environmental Council and the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail Alliance, a network of organizations supporting the development of the 270-mile trail, just launched a new website and Facebook page.

Various groups are connecting each of their local trails into a system that will bring recreation, economic development, health and exercise and more community character to the region. This trail system will then connect to the Great Allegheny Passage which travels to Cumberland Maryland and then connects on to Washington D.C.

There is now an Erie to Pittsburgh list serve on Yahoo. Discuss your experiences, ask questions, get advice from other groups. Join the group list serve and email your thoughts to: EriePittsburghTrail@yahoogroups.com.
