On the Senate/House Agenda/Session Schedule

Here's the latest session schedule, Senate and House Calendars and Committee schedules--

Session Schedule 

The Senate is now on a six-hour call by the President Pro Tempore, but is now not expected to return until December 15 and 16 and then adjourn for the remainder of the year.The House is scheduled to return to voting session on December 7, 8, 9,14, 15, 16. 

The Senate's initial 2010 session schedule--

Calendars

House (December 7): House Bill 80 (Vitali-D-Delaware) expanding the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards and authorizing a carbon sequestration network. 

Note: The House is expected to consider an amendment to House Bill 20 (McCall-D-Carbon) to postpone the expiration of electric rate caps. The bill is now in the House Appropriations Committee.

Committees 

House: the Local Government Committee meets to consider House Bill 1390 (Freeman-D-Lehigh) expanding stormwater planning requirements.
