Marcellus Shale Drilling Issues Forum Set For Temple December 10
There will be an open forum on issues surrounding drilling for natural gas in the Marcellus Shale formation on December 10 starting at 7:00 p.m. at Temple University (Building 18, Room 126) in Philadelphia.

The forum is sponsored by the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department of Temple and will be hosted by Dr. Robert Ryan, Graduate Program Coordinator.

Speakers at the event are scheduled to be: Barbara Arrindell, Damascus Citizens for Sustainability, Wes Gillingham, Catskill Mountainkeeper, Tracy Carluccio, Delaware Riverkeeper, Paul Schmidt, Demock PA lawsuit plantiff's counsel, Brady Russell, Clean Water Action and Michel Boufadel, Chair of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.

There will also be a screening of an excerpt from the film GasLand by Josh Fox.
