Meeting Scheduled In Kreutz Creek Watershed, York County December 10
|
Is nature protection, pollution control, enough clean water, or wildlife conservation important to you? Then come listen to a brief presentation about the history and uses of Kreutz Creek and its watershed in York County.
The meeting will be held on December 10 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., at the home of Richard Bono, 765 Owl Valley Road, in Hellam Township. An open discussion will follow about how to protect its clean waters for healthy families and children of future generations. If there is enough interest by landowners, then your input on how to organize and form a watershed alliance or association will be sought. If you have any questions regarding Kreutz Creek or this meeting, please contact Gary R. Peacock, Watershed Specialist II, at the York County Conservation District by telephone at 717-840-7687 or send email to: gpeacock@yorkccd.org. |
