The Department of Environmental Protection  published notice that it will not change the mine reclamation fee  for 2010.  DEP also  published notice the General NPDES permit for construction related stormwater discharges is now available.

The Environmental Quality Board  published notice of an additional public hearing on regulations related to the beneficial use of Coal Ash.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice  of projects approved for consumptive uses of water in October.
