Here's the latest session schedule, Senate and House Calendars and Committee schedules--

Session Schedule 

The Senate is now on a six-hour call by the President Pro Tempore, but is now not expected to return until December 15 and 16 and then adjourn for the remainder of the year.The House is scheduled to return to voting session on December 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.

Calendars

House (December 14): House Bill 80 (Vitali-D-Delaware) expanding the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards and authorizing a carbon sequestration network. 

Committees 

House: the Local Government Committee meets to consider House Bill 1390 (Freeman-D-Lehigh) providing for local integrated water resources planning, House Bill 1772 (Matzie-D-Allegheny) providing additional options for local government preservation of open space; the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee holds a hearing on alternative applications for biosolids. 

Senate: the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee meets to consider the nomination of Russell Redding as Secretary of Agriculture; Environmental Resources and Energy Committee holds a hearing on DCNR budget cuts and leasing State Forest land for natural gas drilling; the Local Government Committee meets to consider House Bill 1609 (Freeman-D-Lehigh) further encouraging traditional neighborhood developments.
