Environmental Synopsis Features Green Building Standards, PA Energy Efficiency Ranking

The first issue of the Environmental Synopsis newsletter published this year by the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee features a discussion of green building standards.
Also included are articles on: PA's energy efficiency rating, biofuel pros and cons, lake contaminants and the future of compact development.
