DEP Accepting Comments On Wind Farm Project Environmental Assessment In Lancaster

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice it is accepting comments on a federal environmental assessment for the Frey Farm Landfill Wind Project being constructed by the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority. Comments are due February 8.
DEP said a copy of the assessment will be posted on the agency's Public Participation webpage under ARRA. For more information contact Kelly Heffner, DEP Policy Office, 717-783-8727.
