Conservation District Northeast Regional Contractors, Engineers Workshop March 10

The 16th Annual Northeast Regional Contractors/Engineers Workshop will be held at Keystone College, Route 6, LaPlume, Pa on March 10. The workshop is hosted by the conservation districts of Wyoming, Luzerne, and Lackawanna Counties.
Corporate sponsors include PA One Call System, Inc., Chesapeake Energy and CECO Associates, Inc.  Our partners include the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Department of Environmental Protection and the State Police Division of Motor Carrier Enforcement.
The program includes “Underground Safety Law,” an important matter for all contractors, presented by PA One Call, Inc.  They will also discuss using the “Web Ticket.”   The Department of Environmental Protection will be on hand with the latest information on regulations changes.  The State Police will present information on vehicle safety.
The exhibit hall has always been a popular part of the workshop.  Many companies display the latest in tools, equipment, construction materials and related products and services.
There is still space available for companies wishing to exhibit their products at the workshop.  There are three levels of sponsorship:  Exhibitor’s fee is $75 per six-foot table, Major Sponsorship at $250, and Corporate Sponsorship at $500.
Registration is $5.00 per person and includes coffee breaks and lunch in Keystone’s renowned cafeteria.  Space is limited and early registration is recommended.  Registration deadline is March 5.
