Philadelphia City Council Asks Delaware Basin Commission For Drilling Permit Denial

This week the City Council of Philadelphia requested the Delaware River Basin Commission to deny a drilling permit to Stone Energy Corp. that wants to conduct Marcellus Shale drilling and fracking in the watershed that supplies Philadelphia with its drinking water.
