Public Meeting Set For South Mountain Trailhead Design On April 1

Wildlands Conservancy will hold a public meeting to discuss the South Mountain Trailhead Design on April 1 at 7 p.m. at the Emmaus Public Library, 11 East Main Street, Emmaus, Pa.
The project includes improvements to the parking area on Alpine Street, construction of a handicapped accessible trail and installation of informative kiosks and educational signs. The work will begin in August 2010 and will continue through September. The project is partially funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
