Two free resources are available to anyone interested in watershed, forestry and stream buffer issues. Check them out!

BufferNotes is published as a joint project of the National Association of Conservation Districts in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Services Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service and features practical information and a list of contact people for conservationists who want to enhance their own buffer programs, success stories and a list of cooperating partners who can provide advice on how to make partnerships work for the National Conservation Buffer Initiative.

Forestry Notes, a second publication of the National Association of Conservation Districts, the USDA Forest Service and the National Association of State Foresters for the purpose of keeping America's conservation districts informed on forest issues affecting private, public landowners, farmers and in urban environment.
