Committees House: the Environmental Resources and Energy Committee holds a hearing on House Bill 2213 (George-D-Clearfield) establishing additional protection requirements for ground and surface water from oil and gas drilling in Kingston, House Republican Policy Committee hearing on Marcellus Shale water issues.
