Senate Committee To Consider Nomination Of John Quigley As DCNR Secretary
|

On April 13 the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will consider the nomination of John Quigley as Secretary for Conservation and Natural Resources. Acting Secretary Quigley will appear before the Committee to respond to questions from members of the panel. This is his second trip before the Committee after his nomination had to be pulled, then resubmitted after the Senate ran out of time to consider it last year.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Senate Majority Caucus Room. A video and transcripts from the hearing will be posted on the Committee website.
Sen. Mary Jo White (R-Venango) serves as Majority Chair and Sen. Ray Musto (D-Luzerne) serves as Minority Chair of the Committee.
