The following bills were given final legislative approval and are with the Governor for his action--

Geologists: House Bill 975 (Adolph-R-Delaware) further providing for continuing education for professional geologists was passed by the Senate without amendment and now goes to the Governor for his action.

Recycling Fee: House Bill 961 (Buxton-D-Dauphin) extending the $2/ton Recycling Fee through 2020 and requiring the transfer of $1.25 million annually through the FY 2012-13 to a new Used Tire Pile Remediation Program.
