Updated. The May 19 Environmental Quality Board meeting has been changed to May 17.  The agenda includes final rulemaking on Chapter 102- Erosion and Sedimentation, Chapter 95- Total Dissolved Solids Wastewater Treatment requirements, a new proposed rule on oil and gas well casing and cementing and consideration of a stream redesignation petition for Silver Creek in Susquehanna County.

The Environmental Quality Board published a proposal to designate Muddy Run, Cambria County as an area unsuitable for surface mining.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice of proposed changes to Wild Trout Stream classifications and notice of additions to Class A Wild Trout Waters.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice of projects approved for consumptive water use as well as notice of actions taken during its March 18 meeting.

The Public Utility Commission published notice of a policy related to Low Income Home Energy Assistance.

The Department of Community and Economic Development published its proposed Weatherization Assistance Plan.
