Fish And Boat Commission To Host Susquehanna Smallmouth Bass Public Meetings

The Fish and Boat Commission is hosting a series of regional public meetings to gather comments from anglers on smallmouth bass management in the Susquehanna River and its major tributaries.  All anglers are encouraged to attend.
            Working in small groups, attendees will be asked a series of questions on smallmouth bass regulations.  Fisheries biologists will be available to provide information on water quality, bass health, and answer questions.  
            The meeting dates, times, and locations are:
-- June 2: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Lycoming College, Wertz Student Center, Jane Schultz Room, 700 College Place, Williamsport;
-- June 5: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Harrisburg River Rescue and Emergency Services, 1119 S. Cameron St., Harrisburg; and
-- June 9: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., King’s College, Sheehy-Farmer Campus Center, Snyder Room, 133 N. River St., Wilkes-Barre.
