The Department of Environmental Protection published notice it rescinded a policy related to coal exploration by slope development and a notice inviting groups to submit water quality data to the agency to help determine designations for streams in Indiana, Jefferson, Perry, Pike, Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga counties.

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission published notice of its comments on DEP's proposed New Source Review regulations.
